Your happiness is your responsibility. It's an inside job. To place the burden on others to do and say things that make you happy, is a self-defeating battle, one that will bring you continued misery. If you practice little acts of happiness every day, you will be in a happy state. And when done long enough, it will become your nature. Routine and discipline are powerful forces. When you include acts of happiness as a part of your daily routine and when happiness becomes a discipline—you will become it.
